Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-02
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Idea to Product (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Idea to Product is a self-serve software application that takes founders through a six-phase process, from raw idea to launch. Phase 1 is free; Phases 2 to 6 unlock with a one-time payment per idea, as described in the Fees section.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service.
4. Accounts
Accounts are created through Supabase Auth using Google OAuth or email and password. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Your Content
You retain all rights to the ideas, messages, and other content you submit ("Inputs") and to the materials the Service produces based on them ("Outputs"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to process Inputs and Outputs solely to operate the Service on your behalf, including passing them to the AI sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy.
All other rights in the Service, including the software, design, user interface, frameworks, prompts, and the "Idea to Product" name and branding, remain ours or our licensors'. Except for the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms, nothing here grants you any rights in that intellectual property.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, mirror, or reverse engineer the Service; (b) submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (c) attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures; (d) use the Service to build a competing product; or (e) misuse the Service in a way that degrades it for others.
7. AI Output Disclaimer
The Service uses large language models to generate responses and deliverables. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and you should independently verify anything you act on.
Outputs are not legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make or actions you take based on Outputs, including business, product, and go-to-market decisions.
We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models. Outputs may be similar or identical to Outputs generated for other users, and we make no claim that they are unique to you.
Do not use the Service to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, or in high-risk contexts (healthcare, safety, employment, credit, critical infrastructure) without qualified human review.
8. Fees
Phase 1 is free. Phases 2 to 6 unlock with a one-time payment of USD 99 per idea. This is a single charge, not a subscription: there is no auto-renewal and no recurring billing. Each idea is a separate purchase. If you kill an idea you paid for, your next idea is free. You earn this credit once for each paid idea you kill. The credit applies only to ideas you paid for: killing a free or comped idea earns no further credit.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location. Pricing and the items it covers are shown before you are charged.
9. Refunds
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided you have not yet generated a paid Asset for that idea. A paid Asset is any saved output from Phases 2 to 6 (Validate, Position, Model, Build, or Launch), shown in the product under Assets. Your free Phase 1 Idea Brief is not a paid Asset, so it never affects your refund.
Access to the paid phases is delivered digitally and immediately. Generating a paid Asset consumes the core of what you paid for. A purchase is non-refundable once that happens, or once the 14-day window has passed.
To request a refund, email eva@idea-to-product.com from the address on your account. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) USD 100.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
